Volunteer Check-in
​Check-in Volunteers and provide direction
Candle Setup
Light standard votive candles on tables
Guest Check-in
​Assist Guests with Check-In when they arrive
Signage Setup
Place signage on easels throughout the venue
Raffle Sales
Sell tickets and manage credit card transactions
Ushers
Encourage guests to take their seats at key times
Room Monitors
Welcome guests and ensure no disruptions
Take Down
Help take down tables after the luncheon
